The Ross Coffee Table was particularly unconventional at the time it was designed, yet today, the design is extremely modern with its delicate steel frame, organically shaped top, and featuring a steel inlay with a built-in vase.

A large share of Finn Juhl's designs were commissioned assignments, often as part of his business as a renowned interior designer. The Ross Coffee Table is no different and was the result of a commission in 1948 by a well-known Danish law professor named Alf Ross. The table is not as famous as some of Finn Juhl's iconic designs, but despite its simple expression, the coffee table has plenty of character, which is expressed though Finn Juhl's sense of both detail and functionality.

The table is manufactured with a stainless steel frame and a wooden tabletop in walnut, featuring a steel inlay. Furthermore, the table is available with and without a vase in stainless steel.
