Designer Michael Young contacted Emeco to initiate the back-and-forth design that resulted in Emeco's first component-based chair. Lancaster features a re-claimed, solid ash frame and recycled die-cast aluminum seat and back- an expression of industrial technique and warm materials.

Lancaster features an indestructible, cast aluminum seat and back in dark anodized and machine polished finishes. The wood legs are available in natural or dark stained ash-wood. This collection of chairs, tables and stools combines warm, crafted wood with highly technical die-cast aluminum.
