The Swivel lounge chair features a 360° swivel mechanism with pneumatic seat height adjustment, cable operated with a low profile lever, flush mounted on the underside of the chair. Optional return to center mechanism allows for 360° swivel movement and returns to a center position when not engaged (available as fixed height only with a 19" seat height and a 27.75" overall height). The base is offered in three finish options.

Joseph paul D'urso is a graduate of interior design and architecture at pratt institute, a Fellow of the royal College of art in london and Manchester College of art and Design. Joseph D'urso made his reputation in the mid-1970s designing "high-tech" private residences and showrooms. In 1980, D'urso created a Knoll collection of high rolling tables, low tables and lounge seating that reflected his preference for objects that look more engineered than styled. Today, D'urso straddles different mediums but maintains his minimalist principles.
